Notes

  1. The Mayfield Festival is now programmed to start on Sunday 24 April and run for two weeks. The Society's programme is planned to avoid this period
  2. The Society is considering an outing to the Argos Hill Windmill in June or July 2022.

Annual membership for the season, which covers admission to all the monthly talks, is £7.50. Non-members may attend individual talks at a cost of £2.00 per talk.

Revision of subscriptions

    1. With the steady increase in hire costs and speakers' fees, our Treasurer has analysed our expected incomes and expenditures for 2021 and 2022.
    2. He believes that if we do not change the subscription, we shall start to eat into reserves.
    3. Members will be asked to vote at the AGM on increasing the subscription to £10.00 per person for future years.
    4. If members can introduce new members this need could be averted.

 N.B.

  1. The Mayfield Music Festival is now programmed to start on Sunday 24 April and run for two weeks.  It would be better to avoid this period.
  2. The Society is considering an outing to the Argos Windmill in June or July this year.

Keep safe and well
